Happy Tuesday Bff’s! This week Erin and Jordan sit down with Nicolette Peloquin and Alicia Capone! Both women are former New England Patriots  Cheerleaders, but beyond the poms, Nicolette is a middle school special education guidance counselor and Alicia is a physical therapist. After 2 amazing seasons on the team, the ladies weren’t quite done with cheer. They were looking to mentor aspiring pro cheerleaders and were inspired to create a coaching business helping candidates present their best self on paper in their resume, cover letter, and photo submissions.
