From a warehouse find, this is a new, unplayed stock copy. These guys weren't from the South, but on their first single they played and sang like they were. After blowing minds with the fresh sound of "Little Miss", the band scored their biggest hit with "Two Princes", which was even catchier. "Two Princes" is also simply solid Modern Rock, with no real hint of Southern-ness about it. In fact, this track sounds a good deal like the kind of hits the Barenaked Ladies came out with a few years later. This white-label 45 was released in the waning years of the 45 rpm format, when record companies sometimes put two recent hits on one piece of vinyl, intended for the jukebox market.
