Two Things Being A Boss Has Taught Me

I've been an 'employer' for 1.5 years now and it's safe to say being a boss has taught me a lot! It's also opened my eyes to see things from a completely different perspective in comparison to being an 'employee'. Today I discuss with you a couple things that have really opened my eyes!
