The beginning of a book or movie is very important, because it sets the scene, introduces the main characters, and shows us the problem. If you miss the beginning, you'll struggle to make sense of the rest of the movie or book. The same is true of the Bible. Thinking about creation helps us to understand the big questions in life. And revisiting these fundamental questions is of absolute importance if we are to understand the rest of the Bible.
