The Russian invasion of Ukraine has been underway for over two years now, and lawmakers are urging Congress to approve nearly $60 billion of military aid. The bill, however, remains stalled in the House, with many debating the merits of funding this foreign conflict overseas. Today marks two years since FOX News correspondent Benjamin Hall survived a Russian bomb attack in Ukraine that killed two of his colleagues.
