Mike wants to talk about how teachers make a place for everyone in their classroom.  He wants to acknowledge that the process is not smooth between every teacher and child, but we need to set the expectation that everyone has a place.  It's crucial to be open to key moments, often unexpected, when we find resonance with a child.
