My problem with rest days...you haven't earned it.  Or better yet, perhaps you shouldn't earn it.  Words matter and the shared understanding of their meaning matters even more.  Listen in as I discuss how I define a rest day and why I do not comply.  DO stop and smell the roses, do not take a day off from life.
