  • GOMO x OPEN
Written and recorded in Toronto at VinCity Studios, produced by Nick Cassidy, "GOMO x OPEN" is a two-part descent into the psyche of TXNIC. It is a raw exploration of the space between self-reliance and the vulnerability of being seen.
GOMO (Grimey On My Own) sets the tone with a hard-earned independence. TXNIC reflects on the void between words and action, choosing the solitude of the grind over the noise of false reactions. It’s a verse for the ones who realized the memories they held onto were the only things keeping the ghosts alive.
OPEN shifts the frequency. The armor thins. It’s the late-night internal dialogue of a man who doesn't want to leave—refusing to leave a soul "in the open"—while navigating the movements of a city that watches his every step like a brand.
From the "grimey" solitude of the first half to the exposed yearning of the second, this visualizer captures the duality of staying whole in a world designed to divide your attention.
If you’ve ever had to turn your losses into your strongest walls, or if you’re fighting to keep a connection from drifting into the open—this is your soundtrack.
