Tyler Gonzalez was born and raised in Los Angeles, CA. From a high school volunteer experience in a hospital, he developed a passion and interest in medicine which grew while he completed his undergraduate studies at UC Berkeley. He attended medical school at UCLA while simultaneously completing an MBA. While practicing in his chosen specialty of orthopedic surgery, he has been an avid entrepreneur, founding a number of companies.
