In six years at UNC Greensboro's Bryan School of Business and Economics, Tyler Wiersma has developed Bryan Gold, an award-winning career readiness challenge, and a group of courses designed to accelerate personal and professional development called the Blueprint Series.
Within the Blueprint Series, he recruits, trains, and supervises 15 C-suite professionals annually to serve as instructors in the courses, and he also co-supervises 25 current students called Team Leaders who serve as peer mentors in the classroom.
Tyler has a master's degree in Higher Education Administration from Kent State University and a bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Mount Union.
