In this episode, Pastor Bryan sits down with Tylor Ritz, the Connections Pastor at Oaks Church.  Tylor talks about his time in the Oaks School of Leadership as preparation for his current full-time ministry position at Oaks Church, what his role as connections pastor entails, and, more specifically, about how to lead someone to Christ, discipling them through that initial stage of their Christian journey.  

Tylor is a graduate of OSL and SAGU, having earned both a bachelors degree in pastoral leadership and a masters degree in organizational leadership.
