In early November 2025, the veteran character actor, arguably most famous Time Lord of the all, Tom Baker was formally honoured by the Crown with an MBE for Services to Television. With a small number of friends and colleagues in attendance... One of whom was photographer Oliver McNeil.
Oliver's quite the character himself; a trusted personal friend and sometime creative collaborator of the Fourth Doctor legend. He joins us for this exclusive interview with regular Dan Hadley.
