Episode 56.

With Duncan stripped to the waist calling on Mother Nature to take him
 in the arse l quickly ushered him from the shore and into the studio to get an episode in the can.
It has been biblical today out there so we went and faced our fears in the ocean and on the bike.l was mistaken for Godzilla as l emerged from the Pacific in my old green Chinese waterproofs, so with what we've been through today let us put you through the same audibly with our own typhoon for the ears.
