Access to youth mental health care in Manitoba remains a pressing issue, particularly in rural areas and among Indigenous communities, who face disproportionately high suicide rates. Huddle, a youth-focused initiative, addresses these needs by providing a safe, inclusive space shaped by youth input, offering services across six pillars of care, and fostering a sense of community while tackling ongoing challenges like funding and basic needs provision.
