Several months ago, we talked with Sweta Rajan with Immigrant and International Women in Science Network, a non-for-profit group born out of similar but independent ideas from women who saw the need to provide support and mentorship for fellow immigrant and international women in the STEM fields. Since our initial conversation, the IWS network has hosted several events with plans for many more in the future.
