As you can tell by Eddie's rundown, he basically boycotted the pod today. We also had some audio issues between the 42:00-43:00 mark but it was quickly fixed when George took over for Bob. We hit on national signing day and got into some of Josh's thoughts about the biggest early impact players in the class. Could Danny Okoye be a better player early than David Stone? We had a strange hoops conversation with some awkward fighting. Carey addressed the whole Dillon Gabriel controversy even though there wasn't one as we found out later in the day when we interviewed Dillon. George then came on the pod and told us he was burnt out on OU football this week and wanted to talk about other stuff. Josh and Carey talked whiskey. George went to a Birthday party and we're looking forward to a couple of days off before heading to San Antonio for the Alamo Bowl. Josh decided we didn't have enough Alamo knowledge and decided to give us some.

Spring football has finished. And the entire gang is here to discuss what we learned and where this program is heading into the SEC. The transfer portal is obviously a big part of that and George is here to talk about Damonic Williams and whether the Sooners are moving on, or waiting to see what happens on these upcoming visits. Is OU willing to let this all play out? Or will they move on to other players in the portal at the defensive line position. U40: Spring Football wrap-up, Recruiting time is here.

We're back as we get ready for a huge weekend in Norman. The annual spring game takes place this weekend and there will be transfers and recruits all over the place. As long as the weather doesn't kill everything that is. We get started today though talking about the portal and where OU is looking to fix their issues. And even as we are doing the pod, we again have breaking news as a major defensive line target enters the portal from TCU. Outside of the offensive and defensive lines, are the Sooners even paying attention to other positions? Josh is here to breakdown the latest in recruiting. Any commitments expected out of this weekend. And exactly who is visiting from the portal? We breakdown what we learned from talking to Jackson Arnold and Danny Stutsman after practice on Tuesday. When Bob is done yelling at us from the other room, he stops in to talk about the latest with softball and the Portal Moser situation. It's not off to a great start inside the LNC. U40: Get ready for a spring game. Ignore that portal opening.

The gang is back together talking spring football and this time we're really focused on the offensive line and how that might be affected some of the reports we're hearing about the quarterback position. How much concern do we have heading into the offseason? How much concern should you have if the line doesn't look great in the spring game? The Sooners are hot on the recruiting trail once again and Josh is here for all the latest, including the commitment of Maliek Hawkins just before we started the podcast. And what about the transfer portal? We all have very strong opinions about where the Sooners need to go and what they need to start doing (tampering) in the portal. The softball team is coming off their first series loss since 1907 and Bob is here to update how much of a terror Patty Gasso will be moving forward. Porter Moser also has no players on his roster but we'll talk about how aggressive the Sooners are going to be in the portal for men's hoops. Plenty of football to digest in this one.

U40: Are we worried about the offensive line?

The whole crew is back for another thorough breakdown of spring football camp. We're just off of our third viewing of the spring and we're also full of some scrimmage intel as well. Troy Everett is lost for the spring and the early part of fall camp next season. Where do the Sooners go from here? And what do we make of the offensive line so far. There have been few glowing reviews coming out of camp and what we've seen makes it hard to tell how much of a concern this unit really is. But other positions look like they are receiving some upgrades, like on the defensive line where David Stone is getting strong reviews from Brent Venables. We also talk about the buzz surrounding true freshman QB Michael Hawkins. From what we've seen so far, we believe it. Bob joins in and we talk about OU President Joe Harroz and his "threat" to move Oklahoma basketball to another city if the city of Norman doesn't come through with a proposed entertainment district. We also breakdown what is happening with Porter Moser's roster and where he goes after losing more players this week.
