NSW U16 skipper Matt O'Neill dials in from the road on the way to a quick pre Christmas break to discuss his team and how they'll go about winning AYC 23. As a first time coach at this level, O'Neill is keenly aware of his teams culture and ability and feels they're taking in a balanced squad that certainly has what it takes to compete.
