This episode of Too Good to Be Drew dives into the everyday world of rideshares—Uber, Lyft, and everything in between. What grinds my gears? The lack of care, energy, and basic customer service that’s somehow become the norm. But on the flip side… what earns a big tip from me? Effort. Presence. Pride in the job.

It’s wild—average service nowadays will get a tip from me, just because it stands out. That’s where we’re at. But every now and then, you come across someone who shines—someone who brings great energy, communicates, takes pride in the ride, and actually makes your day better. Those people? They deserve their flowers.

This episode is about appreciating those moments, calling out the standard we’ve let slip, and challenging ourselves to be the kind of person who shows up like that—every day, in every space.

Because at the end of the day… I hope I’m bringing that same light to the people around me.
