Fifty-fifth Episode released on 07/20/2020. Happy Monday y'all! Another weekend down, I hope you guys have a terrific one. I had a pretty good one hanging with some of the boys at a low key bachelor party. I also put a lot of work into my nutrition and physical fitness over the weekend, but I did have my first cheat meal on this diet (you have to splurge) and it was fantastic BBQ sliders! This episode was drawing from me thinking about how busy I was in the 3 days I had off. From start to finish it felt like I was squeezing everything in and somehow I did most of what I wanted to. However, there are still things I was not able to get to that have been put off. Just reminds me we all get 24 hours and can only do so much. What do you want to spend your time on and hone in on? I also had another reminder to just be appreciative of the friendships and relationship you have in your life and to know that people may be looking your way for inspiration. Even when we think people aren't, they are! Lastly, I talk about nutrition because I started this rad diet. I feel like I could talk a whole episode about just that so let me know if you guys want that at some point. Still thrilled to be bringing you more content and I appreciate any and all feedback. Continuing to use my voice to spread growth to the world in my own way.
