Seventy-fourth Episode released on 10/23/2020. Happy Friday y'all. Another weekend is here and it's getting chilly out there in the PNW fall at least where I'm located. Going to have to pull out my beanie and puffy jacket y'all. I had a potential close call this week at work and it really gave me the energy and life on this episode. I just want to remind everything how thankful we should be as we get to wake up another day and fight for what we want and where we want to go in life. That's amazing! I hope you agree and you show daily gratitude, cause I swear that will change your outlook on many things. I also touch on how we are all going at different paces, which I know I've already done an episode on, but it's just constantly coming up these days so I hit it again. Lastly, I talk about how when you look good, you feel good, thus you perform good. I had this experience at Oregon where we had the best uniforms in the country, hands down (and still do). Just know style is ever evolving and trends change, but hopefully when you get ready, you look in the mirror and tell yourself you're killing it, cause that's a good feeling. We really should all love ourselves. Don't put all your value into your appearance, but do take care of yourself, it has psychological effects. Who doesn't want to look and feel good?
