SMILES is a peer to peer mentor programme for students by students to support learners on their journey to succeed at UEL. The EducComs Programme was founded by Lizana Oberholzer and Dr Jonathan Mann, and it had a profound impact on students' journeys during Covid-19 to continue to provide them with support during this challenging time.
