Sean Lennon Host of The Fightlete Report welcomed UFC Bantamweight Cody James Stamann back on the show to discuss his upcoming fight against Song Yadong at UFC on ESPN 7 happening Saturday Night in Washington, D.C.

Cody talked about training in Las Vegas and the UFC Performance Institute for this fight camp, his short layoff since competing in March, his opponent Yadong Song, plans for returning to Michigan (his home state) after the fight for the holidays and desire to compete on any UFC events in 2020 starting with January. Also gave his thoughts on Frankie Edgar vs. Cory Sandhagen happening in January as well.
