The Black Vault had filed an MDR "mandatory declassification review" for the classified annex that was provided to Congress on or about June 25, 2021. Their request was to determine the size of the annex. The ODNI "Office of the Director of National Intelligence" responded by saying the annex "report" was 17 pages long. Some are disputing the number of pages.
