"Other Air Force personnel from that time, such as Doctor Robert Jacobs, have testified to similar encounters, unexplainable sightings where UFO's interacted with missile technology. Jacobs recounted an incident in 1964 where he filmed a flying saucer intercepting a missile in flight, shooting beams at it and causing it to malfunction. Despite these chilling stories, there is, of course, still debate. Some critics argue that the details of these incidents are exaggerated or misconstrued over time."
