Estie has run numerous small business, more than you could shake a stick at. She currently runs Strand Consulting and is the host of the Business Breakthrough podcast (which I’ve been a guest on). Estie is full of energy and our conversation was a lot of fun.

 

But despite outward appearances Estie is also a shockingly risk averse person, so the story around how she got started with Strand Consulting is an interesting one, not the least because the powers that be told her that she couldn’t do it.
