Early this week I attended a Movember fundraiser with a whole lot of dudes and a lot of openness and honesty about the hard stuff that we go through. I thought I would set a challenge for us to share some of our own daily discomfort on social media and go behind the scenes so we can support each other and learn important lessons about discomfort from the community.
