UK/UGA: This past weekend we saw the Wildcats lose their 2nd straight conference game falling to Georgia by a final score of 75-68. We’ll just rip the bandaid right off folks. That was a must win in which Kentucky failed and finds themself on the outside looking in when it comes to the NCAA tournament with 27 days until Selection Sunday.

UK/MSU: The Bulldogs will look to continue their hot streak as they are currently on a 5 game SEC win streak including a road win at Bud Walton Arena over the Arkansas Razorbacks this past Saturday. They’ll definitely be smelling blood in the water as they have a chance to bury Kentucky and put themselves in a position to make a run at the tournament. Mississippi State has built their identity on defense this season as right now they currently sit with the 4th highest defensive efficiency metrics in the entire country. They thrive on causing turnovers and forcing teams into tough contested jump shots… sound familiar???
