Remember when I partook in a 5 day fast with the wolf pack? Well we decided to carry on meeting on Zoom and invited any member of the UK Low Carb FB group to join us to discuss anything low carb. 

In this meeting we discuss how some of the group are ambassadors for the Pubic Health Collaboration and how they make the difference to the communities they serve. It was also a great privilege to hear from some of the group who are currently taking part in the PHC ambassador training. I'm sure you'll find this episode as interesting as I did.
