As this weeks guest has lived in both countries we get his perspective! 

This weeks guest is Colin Bell; founder of CIC - Frontline AV  - for almost 20 years Frontline AV worked with more than 25000 young people locally, nationally and internationally, supporting young people develop their creative skills. He is also currently the Chair of Coventry Caribbean Association and works freelance as an arts and event consultant ,producing events from comedy to festivals.
