Mr. Coleman talks about his youth. He grew up in Cleveland Ohio playing pickup games in front of NFL legend Jim Brown. He recounts his military career as a subordinate to  Secretary of State General Colin Powell and as a peer to  Director of the C.I.A. General David Petraeus.  As an official, he served as an Instant Replay Official for the NFL working Super Bowl XL. Mr. Coleman joined the Pac-12 as the Vice President of Officiating in 2015 after serving as the Director of Officiating for the NFL.  #Field2Life
