For a hot 2 minutes, Julian thinks Mana Vault could get unbanned before his fever wears off. What starts out as a quick evaluation of some of the more broken cards quickly develops into how they would/could/should be used in 2023 Legacy. Apparently one of them completely breaks Hedron Crab.
