Welcome to my first episode of the Ultimate Guide of astrology/ beginning with RETROGRADES! I delve into a very confusing topic that I gets asked about a lot!! Being born with 5 retrograded planets at birth, I have first hand knowledge of how these transits affect short/long term goals,values,and life.Planets travel around the Sun in an elliptical or oval shape at a speed depending on their distance from the sun. As you can imagine the further away a planet is from the Sun,the slower it takes to travel all the way around the Sun.Therefore,Mercury’s travel is the quickest around the Sun in as little as 4 to 6 weeks.The moon however, only travels around the earth and it takes 30 days or so.Recently Pluto began its retrograde in Aquarius on June 11th. It has traveled backwards into Capricorn where it was for the past 12+ years. This weekend Saturn will begin its retrograde in Pisces, to be followed by Neptune on June 30th also in Pisces.On July 23rd, the comet Chiron, personal healer, will begin its retrograde in Aries. Venus also retrogrades the same day of July 23 in Leo until September 4, 2023 -bringing our attention to our inner most precious values. Uranus joins in the retrograde party on August 29th until January 21, 2024 in Taurus. Mercury not wanting to be left out will begin its third retrograde of the year August 23rd until September 15th, and then again on December 13th until January 2, 2024. With so many planets retrograde in 2023, we are being asked to slow down and download the messages from the cosmos. The more patient and flexible you’re able to be this year into next year-the better
