And when I think of "grit" – the ability to handle just about anything, one place that comes to mind is Boston. So, we got on the line with John Drew, Vice Chancellor for Enrollment Management at UMass Boston, to talk about how we've adapted, what changes are here to stay, and what we need to do next to meet our strategic enrollment goals.
