Three University of Massachusetts students were expelled for not wearing masks at an off campus function even though other unmasked students received either far less draconian or no consequences at all. They were evicted from campus housing on 9 hours notice despite a pandemic moratorium against such actions and left to fend for themselves far from home with no financial reimbursement from the school or way to support themselves.
