When a game goes off the rails and doesn't land the way the developers want it and have convinced themselves that it should, blaming your audience is really not a good look. In fact, doing that at any point is really not a good look. We're going to talk about what we've been playing, the ability of a game to quickly give you that human connection, and then move right into how Highguard failed and the developers simply wouldn't hear it, shifting the blame instead over to the players.
