In our Municipal Watch feature today, we continue with the water woes at the Umzinyathi District Municipality in KwaZulu-Natal. In our last conversation serious allegations of corruption were made by the UDM’s Boysey Gumede who called into the show in early July saying billions of rands meant for a borehole water project were embezzled.
