The U.N. agency Unesco earlier this month sided with China and declared the Kekexili region of Tibet to be a World Heritage Site -- which Tibetan activists say gives a green light to China to tighten control over Tibet and round-up nomadic herders in the name of conservation. Pema Yoko from Students for a Free Tibet and Tenzin Dorjee (Tendor) and Lhadon Tethong from Tibet Action Institute discuss how the international system treats and mistreats stateless nations like Tibet.
