So yeah...I fell in love this past summer. And it ended badly. But I am in the best place in my life, happier than ever and feeling back to myself so I am able to discuss the situation with a mature mindset and really see the silver lining in this experience. I have had a spiritual awakening through this traumatic experience and have begun so much healing and forgiveness work and I am SO excited for where life is taking me and the new adventures ahead! Listen to me share this story and journey that I have been on and some positive highlights from this past summer despite all the craziness in the world.

Country music artist and recently nominated 2019 CMAOntario "Rising Star", Alli Walker is here to talk about her mindful music and what she has named conscious country. Alli's album "The Basement Sessions" was released last year and covers tough yet important subjects like mental health, bullying, enjoying the little things in life and more. She has built a unique and authentic brand singing about real life issues in her songs which is SO incredibly inspiring and relatable.
Alli and I also get into other amazing subjects like age pressures for women in music, being uniquely YOU - how authenticity and finding who you are is vital in music but also in life. We discuss comparison between women in music and how supporting each other is key because there really is room for everyone. She also opens up about her beautiful love story with her husband and how despite being together for 10 years now, the spark is still as alive as it was when they first met. Alli gives great relationship advice to couple's on living and working together, how communication is so important in a relationship, and that when you know - you know. This is such an incredible and positive conversation and I am so excited for you all to hear Alli's story!

I had recorded this HILARIOUS episode with my friend Madeline (in visiting from NYC) last year and never posted it and I wanted to take a break from my regular schedule this week so I figured this was a perfect time to release this comedic discussion about sex, fantasies and fetishes. Madeline is a very open and sexual person and shares her experiences with different fantasies and fetishes she has explored or is open to exploring - as she says - she'll try anything once. We also discuss how she wrote a poem for a guy's dick, her taking a cum oath, how a good orgasm can be a religious experience and random topics like smelling armpit's and furries?
Madeline announces that she decided she wanted to f*ck her way through the alphabet AND around the world to experience men of different nationalities which is truly - unapologetic. You'll definitely be getting LOTS of laughs from this discussion and exploration of sexual topics with Madeline - a talented writer and comedian from NYC.

My amazing and talented friend Suzi Kory decided to go after her dreams of being a singer-songwriter after a milestone birthday, years in the corporate world, two kids later and is THRIVING! Her journey and story is SO inspiring and allows us ALL know that no matter where you are in life or what age you are you CAN go after your dream. We discuss her journey to this new balanced life, how she does it all and having a your passion fuel your purpose. Whatever it is you do - let the passion and the reasons you went after it be what keeps you going and let that lead you and THAT is when you will find success. Suzi shows this in three incredible examples of how the universe rewarded her by allowing certain AMAZING events (trust me you WANT to hear these) to happen that re-enforced her WHY and let her know she was on the right path with pursuing music.
Listen to this incredible discussion and wake up and do what feeds your soul and stop living life uninspired and without passion.

Struggling with body image and weight during quarantine? Feeling pressured to look a certain way? I am so excited to talk to my friend Cassie about the topic of this fear of “the quarantine 15” and body image issues, binge eating, marketing weight loss and body image during Covid-19 and the spectrum of quarantine emotions and how they are effecting us and our bodies right now. Cassie and I both share our personal struggles with body image and insecurities and talk about scars, stretch marks, bruises making us stronger and who we are. Don’t be ashamed of your body - embrace your flaws and imperfection that make you human and let's talk about these feelings in this episode.

I am happy to bring you all the perspective and advice from a genuinely nice and loyal married man in his 20's. Derrick is here to give advice to men out there about how to be in a loving relationship and make a relationship/marriage work. We talk about how he grew up from being more of a player in high school to being the devoted husband that he is today, jealousy, how his religious beliefs are everything in how he treats women, how he just knew his wife was the one from the day they first met to him proposing after 8 months of dating and how they keep things alive years into their relationship. This was a truly eye opening conversation and gave me hope that there really are nice guys out there and I hope it does for you ladies listening as well!
