I talk about how to navigate the gap between the life you imagined and the life you’re living. I walk through how I use the STEAR model to separate neutral facts from the stories we tell ourselves, and how unexamined thoughts can quietly turn grief into suffering.

I also answer questions about feeling stuck, fulfillment in your career, redefining success, and one belief I had to unlearn in order to truly help others.

I share my new word of the year for 2026 and what it means for how I want to live, create, and lead moving forward. I talk about holding goals lightly, following the next right step even when the path is unclear, and choosing growth because of who you become along the way.

In this episode of Unblocked, I sit down with Jena Lorén, also known as The Consciousness Architect, for a powerful conversation about ego, alignment, and identity shifts.
