Welcome to the Unbreakable Bonds Podcast brought to you by Mental Health Practitioner Quinton Bonds.  As human beings we can tend to have so many thoughts and ideas that either lie dormant or consume our everyday lives because we aren't verbalizing or expressing them. In some cases we put them out there and nothing happens with them… or so we think. Our thoughts impact how we experience the world and the people around us. 
The Unbreakable Bonds Podcast is meant to create a community in an effort to normalize our thoughts and experiences because community shapes us into who we are. It is community that can tear us down but it can also do what it is intended to do and build us up. Community builds confidence. If we give community this much power we have to acknowledge that communities we are a part of have a significant influence on how we see ourselves.
There are so many parts that make us who we are and sometimes we just need to connect the dots.  When I talk about dots, these dots are our thoughts, these dots are people, and these thoughts are our experiences. 
Listen as we talk about the things that link us together through our bonds with ourselves and the community that shapes us.
