The Liverpool Overhead Railway, or as it was known locally 'The Ovee' or 'The Dockers Umbrella', is a one of the more forgotten parts of Liverpool's past. An essential form of public transport for any Scouser, the Overhead Railway spanned 6.5 miles up and down the Liverpool docks and waterfront.
