Welcome back to the podcast! This week we chat with our pal Emily Battaglini about how her life has changed since breaking up with her long-term boyfriend, and what it's like having a hot human summer for the first time in four years! Being newly single, and navigating the dating scene in Toronto is never easy. There's so much messaging about what you should or shouldn't do and it can really crowd the noggin! Em's advice: Put yourself out there, have an open heart, be honest, and when you see the red flags keep it moving!
