Two fully costumed attendees of Brigham City’s Fourth of July show greet each other with a handshake. As is usual, the park was packed with residents and visitors to see the city’s renowned fireworks display, until a brief but heavy cloud burst a little more than half-way through the show convinced a number to leave.
