Imagine if, back in March, we set a national goal to be opening up the first week of July.  Then we set out national policies and procedures to hit that target, telling everyone they had to do their part so we could celebrate on both sides of the border.  Instead we wake up not knowing the direction, the plan, every morning.

A weekend chat about Orca whales, just because.   Dedicated to JJ and the rest of my whale pod, my family, I miss so much.

More positive news as we head into the weekend.  Early days but still forward progress seems underway.

One of the ways I have been coping with self isolation is by pretending this is all a long voyage to a New World.  Sometimes I think it is an interstellar voyage to something great.  Other times I think I am on a leaky ship on a rough ocean wanting to turn back.
