Hey everyone! Having these uncomfortable conversations that bring up trauma, unpreparedness, unexpected reaction and defensiveness can be scary. Especially when you have to initiate them! I am here to tell you that although they can be all of these things they also can be really rewarding and groundbreaking. It is something you can't accomplish going around them.
