No one WANTS to be obnoxious. No one also wants to imagine Jesus inviting us to be obnoxious. We certainly don't want to be obnoxious to God. Yet in this story, Jesus tells his disciples we are to "always pray and never give up" like a certain widow who drove a pagan leader crazy.
