Benjamin Franklin said, “A penny saved is a penny earned.” These days, people don’t even bother to pick up pennies off the ground! There’s been a big shift in our culture around the concepts of work and wealth. Where is the healthy middle ground between workaholism and laziness? Between getting a hand up or a handout? We need a biblical perspective.
