In this episode of Wisdom Entrepreneurs hosted by Kate Mathur.  Tonight Kate looks at how compassion used to only show up for her after judgment of the situation, circumstance, and the person, then make a comparison to herself, only after that would she decide if compassion was deserved.  But when present Kate was able to see the person and not the situation through the lens of love then you can truly see that unconditional compassion is not yours to be handed out if and when, it is love, and always available to us which means that space of unconditional compassion is always there for us to share with everyone and everything especially ourselves. And not get up in our thinking.
