As a spiritual mentor and trauma coach, her passion and calling is to support those struggling with their self worth because of childhood trauma. Her commitment to her own healing and growth was non-negotiable once she faced the greatest and scariest honour of all; becoming a momma and leaving a different legacy for her daughter.
