Have you ever lost a baby or child with little or no support? Today’s guest, Sharna Southan is a Soulprenuer, which is a Soulful Entrepreneur helping women through pregnancy loss and women who want to be in control of their finances, happiness, time and their future.

After suffering her own pregnancy loss and finding no support for herself, she began to research, and learn about self healing. She became a Life Coach, NLP Practitioner & Self Healing Spiral Practitioner before starting the Institute of Healing through Pregnancy Loss in 2020.

Sharna is unstoppable! As she continued to bring joy to other women after their loss, she stepped into a teaching role. She now teaches other women, who have a new purpose after loss and want to create values aligned for themselves through her Signature Pregnancy Loss System & Soulful Business Model.

By teaching other women through her program, there is more support for women all over the world. No one should ever feel like they are alone in this process nor feel they have to suffer in silence.

YOU’RE NOT MOVING ON YOU’RE MOVING FORWARD

By staying in grief some women feel like that is their way to remember their loved one, their little baby. But, by moving forward with their life, they are able to honor their little one so much more. Memories will be so much more beautiful. They won't be clouded in grief and sadness. They would be able to look back on and with so much more happiness. Allow yourself that space to feel what you need to feel but know that you're not going to be moving on, you’re moving forward.

YOU’LL NEVER FORGET

The one thing that gave Sharna peace was saying the “Serenity Prayer” every day in the morning and nighttime. It gave her permission to forget everything else and focus on herself.

THE PRIVILEGE OF A LIFETIME IS BEING WHO YOU ARE

The message she wants to leave: She is stepping outside the box and building more leaders in a space where her vulnerability and experiences fuel her mission.

Allow yourself to have time with yourself

Spend time with yourself and ask yourself what feeling you’re experiencing

Slow down and sit with yourself

You’ll never forget

Sit in meditation

Journal your thoughts to get all emotions out of your head

There is no timeframe for grieving
